Strategies used in therapy are tailored to the needs and presenting concerns of the individual. Some of the strategies that may be incorporated in treatment include those taken from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Behavioural Activation for Depression, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-based strategies.
